In this case, it was comedian Rich Vos, whose baby daughter had JUST taken a fresh, green, awful-smelling baby dump in her li'l diaper. Since Opie is a man of his word, he covered his upper lip in baby crap, which not only made HIM throw up, but made Vos, Bob Kelly, and the rest of the Opie and Anthony Show staff vomit as well.
